Mariah Carey's Sparkly Look

Mariah Carey is a diva..and we love her fabulous, dripping-in-diamonds style.

At the UNICEF Snowflake gala in NYC, Mimi rocked plenty of sparkling rocks, like white diamond stud earrings, necklaces, and layer upon layer of diamond pave tennis bracelets.

Worn with an elegant, long black silk slip dress, Mariah was looking every inch the chanteuse, and very much in love with hubby Nick Canon! Congrats Mariah!

If you love Mariah's divalicious style, you shouldn't worry about spending tons of dough on real diamonds. Why not buy high quality CZ stone jewelry to glam up your look?

We've found some amazing, glittery white diamond CZ tennis bracelets here for less than $50 a pop!

Behold: A Thundercats Ring

Thundercats are on the loose!

Remember the fierce cartoon from the 80s? You won't be able to forget it when you put on this awesome Thundercats-inspired ring!

According to recent reports, in 2010, a CGI Thundercats movie will be released by Warner Bros--making this sparkling silver ring an awesome accessory!

Though designed in a masculine style, we think both male and female fans of the show will adore this sparkling silver and black ring! The shape of the cat head totally recalls the ferocious logo of the original series. We predict a comeback!
And honestly, what could be a better holiday gift? We're pretty sure anyone would be psyched to receive this rockin' ring. It's grrrreat!

2009's Top 5 Halloween Costume Ideas

We think that people secretly love to play dress up, that's why Halloween is so popular! So what are this year's top Halloween costumes going to be?

Here's our guess for #1, the King of Pop! And while the Halloween-store variety of MJ-inspired costumes pale in comparison to the real thing..this look is surprisingly easy to pull off! All you need is a red jacket, black skinny jeans, and a white or silver glove. But no crotch grabbing, please!

You can't get her music out of your head. Her fashion sense baffles you. Why not be her for one night?! Our #2 pick is the inimitable Lady Gaga. You'll need a leotard, some cardboard boxes, and a platinum wig to rock this look (along with whatever outlandish accessories you can find). Why the cardboard boxes? Why, to re-create the dress above!

Everyone thinks Mad Men style is marvelous. That's why we're sure you'll see alot of swinging 60s-inspired secretaries (and disgruntled housewives) this Halloween. Our #3 pick is Mad Men.

They are so stylish, suave and sophisticated, every married couple I know is secretly jealous! Couples might consider our #4 pick for Halloween, Mr and Mrs Obama! We've often lauded the first lady for her elegant, yet youthful style. And while some may make fun of the President for his choice in jeans, the First Couple is fabulous!

#5. The Odd Couple. Kanye West and Taylor Swift. We think this is an hilarious costume choice, and one you're going to see at Halloween parties all over the country. Perfect for couples, this costume idea rocks--though you'll have to fight over who carries the award statue.
Happy Halloween!

Where the Wild Things Are

Everyone is buzzing about the hit movie "Where the Wild Things Are".

Inspired by a childhood classic (turned into a film with a killer indie soundtrack created by Karen O and The Kids), we think that wild accessories are going to be next hot trend in jewelry!

This unique gecko cocktail ring features a glittering silver base and a translucent mocha dome. But the best part about this piece is the luminous lizard--encrusted with white diamond CZ stones--that looks like the gecko is glamorously perched on a rock! It's amazing that you can get this wild accessory for under $30!

Slithering snakes are super sexy, especially when they are decked out in dynamic black and white CZ diamonds! Rings like this can cost thousands, but our version, seen here, is less than $51.00!
C'mon ladies, it's time to unleash your inner animal instincts!

Think Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and this is a great time to "feel your boobies"!

That's the official slogan of the campaign, and not something I just made up. Of course, hot pink is the signature color of this campaign, and to show your support for survivors or to commemorate loved ones who have passed due to this terrible illness, women are encouraged to sport the color pink.

So when you get dressed in the morning, think pink!

Of course, any pink accessory will do. But if you don't have a ribbon handy, you can promote this worthy cause for awareness by piling on the pink. You'll want pink earrings, like the gorgeous floral studs above.
Amazingly, these pink earrings cost under $15!
Looking for more information on breast cancer awareness or want to spread the word? Please visit the campaign's website at: http://www.nbcam.org/index.cfm

Gossip Girl

Gossip Girl has been filming in NYC of late, and Hilary Duff was spotted among the cast for a scene set in the quaint neighborhood known as Chelsea. Could she become a love interest to Penn Badgley's character?!

Regardless, these Gossip Girls were looking hot in fall-ready outfits, complete with sleek, sexy accessories, including sterling silver hoop earrings, layered, oversized necklaces, and a hint of turquoise.

We think the necklace above will get every girl gossiping about you. This gemstone necklace costs under $25, and works with other layered silver necklaces or by itself as a standalone piece.
You can find this bold, beautiful necklace here.

Colorful Cocktail Rings

Anyone who watched the Emmys or checked out NYC fashion week noticed a hot trend: colorful cocktail rings!

Elle.com rounded up a few dazzling, party-perfect pieces here. And while all three sparklers fall into the "price upon request" catergory, we thought we could find some fabulously flashy rings at an un-flashy price.

If you've got $35, you can buy this dazzling, multicolored cushion-cut ring (see below). Slip this flourescent beauty on your finger, and you'll be the talk of the party. Click here for details.
